I really thought PSU would stay with USC, even if they didn't win. However, USC has really exposed a weakness in PSU's usually stellar defense--the weakness being their undersized secondary.
UGH...I really wanted this win for the guys in the uniforms with no names on their backs, no fan fare, no Hollywood, no swagger--just smash mouth football. I wanted this win for the team in blue and white whose players have one of the highest GPAs in the nation. Figures--just as in life--the ones who bend and break the rules usually end up winning. We'll see--still one quarter to go.
